Thank you CHC Supporters, You Stopped the Pipelines Bill!

April 10, 2014 –

SB 93 was a terrible piece of legislation that would have given the fracking industry the right to seize your land and build pipelines through your property, It really looked like it might pass last week, but thanks to you and Coloradans across the state, it came to a screeching halt!

You made calls and sent emails to your elected officials–enough that the sponsors of SB 93 killed the bill without a vote in the house. This was a major defeat for the fracking industry and a major win for Coloradans who think it’s wrong for huge corporations to build spill- and explosion-prone pipelines through owners’ property without their permission.

By working together, we were able to stop this bill from becoming law. Will you please donate $30 to become a member or renew your membership today?  Because we are a membership based organization, it’s you who helps keep CHC strong.  Can’t remember the last time you donated?  Give us a call and we’re happy to check for you – 970-527-7779.
