CHC is partnering with Empowered Energy Systems to offer CHC members in Delta and Montrose County the incentive to go solar in 2019 and to support CHC with a Solar Rebate Program. In celebration of 15 years in business, Empowered Energy Systems is offering a year-long rebate program to encourage solar installations in 2019 and benefit Citizens for a Healthy Community.
