31 Oct Gunnison Energy Submits Oil and Gas Development Plan Application

Gunnison Energy submitted an Oil and Gas Development Plan permit application to the COGCC for the development of 6 wells in the Iron Point Unit of the North Fork Mancos Master Development Plan, north of Paonia and Somerset, on the border of Delta and Gunnison County. See map. This application involves federal minerals and private surface. Petition deadline is December 27, 2022 with a tentative hearing date of January 25, 2023. The state permitting process is separate from the federal permitting process, which is paused due to the Court Order that remanded and vacated the NFMMDP.
