Business Insider reports that a group of several dozen investors, including the New York State comptroller and ‘green’ asset management funds filed shareholder resolutions with nine oil and gas companies demanding they disclose more information about how they will manage water pollution and the litigation and regulatory risks associated with hydraulic fracturing.
