04 Dec CHC Has Moved & We Have New Contact Information

You can now find CHC’s Executive Director Jim Ramey at The Hive (130 Grand Ave. in Paonia) on Wednesdays between 9 am and 5 pm, or by appointment.  Jim will continue to work from home some of the time, and you should feel free to send him an email at chc.director@gmail.com or give him a call during normal business hours (9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday).

We also have a new phone number – 970-399-9700.  Please make sure to update your records.
